We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to make an exchange or refund. Just follow the steps below and return the item to us. You can request for a refund within 30 days of receipt and make an exchange within 60 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping cost returning to us. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if the reason of return is not related to quality defect.
Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during return shipping. Credit will be issued when the returned merchandise has been received and processed. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Instructions for a return:
1. Please contacts us by e-mail or phone to request for RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Make a copy of the INVOICE or RECEIPT that came in the box when you received the merchandise.
3. Pack the invoice copy and write down the RMA# on the invoice and be sure that the merchandise is packed securely in it’s original box. Making sure there is sufficient protection material on all sides.
4. Mail package to: (Use trackable services such as Fedex, UPS, DHL… etc. )
